　　第三，在和承包商商談建造或其他合同時，確保增加了SHE相關(guān)的條款。這需要在施工隊、承包商以及我們的兄弟公司員工進駐之前完成。SHE工程師會組織施工隊、承包商以及我們的兄弟公司員工進行一系列培訓(xùn)，告知他們博萊特布局、消防安全、緊急應(yīng)變、事故事件匯報、化學管理、勞防用品、職業(yè)危害防護、垃圾分類等等。
